Hi, I’m Molly.

I’ve been producing photo + video shoots and professionally planning events for nearly three years now, but I’ve been telling people what to do my whole life! I am also a passionate performer, and really fell into a fast love with production. Being familiar with both sides of the camera keeps me inspired, and really fuels my passion. I’m confident in my abilities + always eager to learn more!

Production Capabilities

I am currently the in-house Producer for all Hero Cosmetics photo + video shoots. I’ve been with Hero for just shy of 3 years, and have performed nearly every role within pre, post, and on-set production. From PA, to Line Producer, to Production Manager, to Post-Production Ops. Here’s some more detailed information on my abilities:

Crew Negotiations

Negotiating rates, usage, and service agreements with all crew on the production. From HMU team to PAs, I make sure all hours are paid for + usage is tracked.

On-Set Management

I manage every set I’m on. Ensuring shots are made on time, following the ROS, talent is in wardrobe/HMU when they need to be, and make sure lunch is ready and on-time.

Budget Management

From budget scenarios/estimates to actualizing final budget reports, I have every dime accounted for. I have worked with budgets up to $400k.

Run of Show Creation

Working directly with the AD to schedule the shoot days down to the minute. Crafted in order to get all the shots, follow crew hours, and fit within the day.

Performance Experience & Training

I trained for 20 years as a dancer, starting in Mommy & Me ballet classes to graduating Marymount Manhattan with a BA in Dance & Media. I performed professionally until 2023, where I made my shift to comedy. I’ve performed stand-up, sketch comedy, and have recently been training in Improv with Upright Citizen’s Brigade.
